1. Identity and verification
Your company is real, the person who signs up can act for it, and you send what verification asks for.
2. Capabilities and capacity
You state only what your shop can do and how much, say who does any part you do not do in house, and keep it current.
3. Quality standards
You build to the files and the job notes, test and photograph each unit, and fix your own defects at your own cost.
4. Honest pricing and lead times
Your price and your lead time are numbers you can meet, and you tell us before a job runs late.
5. Confidentiality and non use
You use a maker's design only to build that job, and you share it with no one who does not need it.
6. No going around Safegrows
You do not take a job, or a maker you met through Safegrows, outside the platform, except as clause 6 of the provider terms allows.
