For shops: how the partner path works

How a shop applies, what the operator checks, how jobs reach a verified shop, and what a shop can see.

Who this is for

Shops that fabricate boards, assemble them, make cases or test finished units, and want runs of 1 to 50 that arrive with files already checked and a price already approved.

Applying, step by step

The application, in order
  1. Sign in or create an accountThe application is kept on your account, so you can stop and come back.
  2. Read and accept the provider termsYou accept the exact version you read. Safegrows records which version it was.
  3. Company detailsWho you are, where your shop is, and who we talk to.
  4. Capabilities and capacityWhat your shop makes, its process limits, how much it builds in a month, and how fast.
  5. Verification documentsProof that the company is registered and that you can act for it, and photos or samples of your work.
  6. Send for reviewAn operator checks what you sent before anything goes live.

The operator's review

A shop that applies stays pending: not listed, not verified, and sent no jobs. The operator confirms the shop is real and able to do what it states, then lists and verifies it, asks for more information, or declines it with a reason.

There is no fixed review time yet. Your application page shows every decision, and where your application stands at any time.

How jobs reach a shop

  • Jobs are matched on capability, board size and minimum order, and a verified shop ranks above one that is not. A shop cannot buy a better match.
  • A shop sees a job only after the operator reviews the order and assigns it.
  • The shop moves the order through assembly, testing and shipping, with a note for the record. Starting fabrication and marking an order delivered are the operator's moves.

What the directory shows about a shop

Each listing keeps apart what the shop states about itself, what the operator checked, and what was measured from builds the shop delivered. Measured rows stay empty until delivered builds fill them.

While the provider terms are a draft

The provider terms are a draft. It is not in force, it creates no obligation for anyone, and it never becomes binding by itself. Version 1.0 binds a provider only after that provider reads and accepts version 1.0. Approval verifies a shop and lists it, and no real maker job and no design file goes to any shop until it accepts a version in force.
